Ingredients:
900 g lean ground chuck
1/2 cup fresh white bread crumbs
6 sesame seed hamburger buns
2 onions, chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Preheat the grill.
Mix whit your hands the meat with onions, bread crumbs, egg, thyme, salt and pepper.
Form the 6 large burgers with your hands and cook over hot coal for 4 minutes on each side.
Cut the buns in half and briefly toast on the grill, cut-side down.
Make your burgers with tomato, onion, letucce, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, etc.

Ingredients:
4 turkey brests
115 g ready-to-eat- dried apricots
2 tbsp clear honey
2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
1 tsp sesame oil
4 scallions, to garnish
2 shallots, thinly sliced
Preparing:
Preheat the grill.
Cut a long slit in the fleshy side of each turkey breast to make a pocket.
Divide the apricots and shallots between the pockets and secure with skewers.
Mix honey and sesame oil and brush all over the turkey.
Sprinkle with the five-sipce powder.
Make a few cuts lenghtwise down the stem of each scallion, to make the garnish.
Place in a bowl of ice-cold water and leave until tassels open out.
Drain well before using.
Cook the turkey over medium-hot coals for 8 minutes on each side.
Remove the skewers, tranfer toa large plate and granish with scallion tassels.

Ingredients:
15.8 ounces (2 cans) black-eyed peas, drained
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup tahini (sesame-seed paste)
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1 tsp groun cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
Preparing:
Process all the ingredients until smooth.
Serve with chips or pitas.

Ingredients:
125 g grated carrot
50 g tomato in pieces
1 chayote in gores
Dressing:
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Mix the oil with the seeds, the parsley and the vinegar well.
Cook chayote to the steam.
Place them on the grated carrot.
Bathe with the dressing.
Scatter the tomato.

Ingredients:
1 chicken fillet
1 garlic clove
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Bitter orange to the pleasure
Honey to the pleasure
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Season the chicken with garlic, pepper, salt, orange juice and the honey for two hours.
Cook the chicken with sesame oil.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds when it is gilded.

Ingredients:
200 g shrimp
3/4 cup sesame seeds
8 slices of bread without border
2 Cambric onions without stem
1 egg
2 tbsp water
Vegetal oil
Preparing:
Cut the slices of bread in pieces.
Liquefy the shrimps with the onions, the egg and the water.
Put the paste on the bread and cover with sesame.
Fry the toasts in a hot frying pan with oil until the sesame gilds.
Retire and slip the excess of fat.
Serve with bittersweet sauce.
