Ingredients:
350 g dried bavettine
115 g smoked salmon, cut into thin strips
55 g arugula
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, chopped finely
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Cook pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Fry garlic in olive oil for 1 minute.
Add salmon and arugula, season with salt and pepper and cook for 1 more minute.
Drain the pasta and add the smoked salmon and arugula mixture.

Ingredients:
4 salmon steaks
Juice of 1 lime and finely grated rind
Salt and Pepper
Sauce:
1 large mango, peleed, pitted and diced
1 red onion, chopped
2 passion fruit
2 fresh basil springs
2 tbsp lime juice
Salt
Preparing:
Preheat the grill.
Springle the salmon with the lime rind and pour the juice over them.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, cover and leave to stand.
Sauce:
Place the mango flesh with the onion.
Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the seeds and the pulp.
Add the passion fruit, the basil leaves, the lime juice and salt to the mango.
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
Cook the salmon over medium-hot coals for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve with the sauce.

Ingredients:
250 g smoked salmon
200 g capers
200 g cream cheese
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper
Crépe prepare mix plus the ingredients require.
Preparing:
Make the crèpes according to the instructions.
Mix all ingredients until it forms a paste.
Fill the crèpes with the paste and cut by the diagonal.
