Ingredients:
8 veal loins
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup red wine
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp orange zest
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp thyme
1 garlic clove, crushed
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Season the veal loins with mustard, garlic, soy sauce, 1/2 tsp thyme, salt and pepper.
Seal loins in a pan with oil on both sides, remove from pan and reserve.
Add the red wine to the skillet, 1 tbsp thyme, orange zest and let it reduce for a few minutes.
Add the cornstarch dissolved in orange juice and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve veal with orange sauce and thyme.

Ingredients:
600 g beef tenderloin, cut into pieces
200 g sliced mushrooms
1 cup vegetable broth
100 ml cream, light
1 chopped onion
1 garlic clove minced
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp mustard
Preparing:
Cook the onion and garlic in 1 tbsp vegetable broth.
Add loin pieces and cook until they change color.
Add the mushrooms, tomato puree, mustard and the remaining broth and cook for 20 minutes.
Incorporate the cream, cook for 10 more minutes and serve.

Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries
1 bunch asparagus, cooked
1 lettuce
4 tbsp pistachio
1 tbsp fennel
Dressing:
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Mix all ingredients of the salad.
Combine the ingredients of the vinaigrette.
Bathe with this the salad.

Ingredients:
1 leg of pork, with fat and boneless
2 cups mustard
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups coca cola
2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup cornstarch dissolved in water
4 heads garlic, garlic cut by half
1 stick margarine, melted
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Insert garlic parties within the entire leg.
Bath leg with all the ingredients, except the cornstarch.
Cover the leg with aluminium foil.
Bake at 120°C (240°F) overnight.
Remove from heat.
Place the sauce in a saucepan, reduce by half, and thicken with cornstarch.
Serve leg with the sauce.

Ingredients:
6 pork loins
125 g tamarind
1 cup seedless prunes
1 cup red wine
3 garlic cloves
4 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp orange marmalade
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cloves
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Marinate pork loins with garlic, mustard and oil.
Boil for 5 minutes the tamarind with prunes and wine.
Remove from the heat, remove the seeds of tamarind, liquefy and sift.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover with plastic the pork loins with the sauce and let stand for 2 hours.
Place pork loins in a pyrex without grease, cover with aluminum and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.

Ingredients: 
1 1/2 kg potatoes, cooked, peeled and minced
100 g minced bacon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 hard eggs chopped
3 celery stalks chopped
3 apples chopped
1 cottage cheese
3 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp chopped pickles
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Fry the bacon and drain excess oil.
Fry, in the same pan, the onion in the butter, add the bacon, mix well and remove from heat.
Beat until cremate cottage cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, salt and pepper.
Add hard eggs, celery, apple, lemon juice, potatoes, onions and bacon.
Mix well with wooden spoon and serve.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg mini hemstitch, washed and without the tips
6 apricots segments
25 g sliced almonds, toast
1 tsp fresh tarragon
Parsley chopped
Salt and pepper
Dressing:
2/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Cook the hemstitch in boiling water for 3 minutes, remove from water and refresh with cold water.
Dry and place in a large bowl.
Add the apricots gores, herbs, salt and pepper.
Bathe with the dressing.
Dressing:
Mix all ingredients except olive oil.
Add olive oil slowly and mix.

Ingredients:
3 kg beef loin with little fat
1/2 cup cream
2 tbsp spicy horseradish cream sauce
1 tbsp pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard
Preparing:
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the beef.
Place on a baking tray to roasting with the fat side up.
Cook to 170°C (350°F) for 2 hours.
Whip the cream until soft peaks obtain.
Add cream horseradish and mustard in the souroundig¡ng form.
Bathe the beef with the sauce and serve.

Ingredients:
4 turkey brest steaks
8 fresh tarragon springs, plus extra to garnish
4 slices back bacon
4 tsp wholegrain mustard
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Preheat the grill.
Season the turkey with salt and pepper.
Spread the mustard evenly over the turkey using a round-blanded knife.
Place 2 tarragon springs on top of each turkey breast.
Wrap a bacon slice around to hold the herbs in place.
Secure with a wooden toothpick.
Cook the turkey over the medium-hot coals for 8 minutes on each side.
Tranfer to serving plates and garnish with tarragon springs.

Bread of your preference
Ham
Corn beef
Cheese
Pickles
Mustard
Butter
Preparing:
Open the bread by half.
Place the mustard, cheese, ham, corn beff, pickles and close.
Varnish with butter.
Place into a waffles maker until gilding.
