Ingredients:
115 g canned tuna, drained
4 plum tomatoes, halved and seeded
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste
2 tbsp capers, rinsed
2 tsp lemon juice
2 egg yolks
Finely grated rind of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Divide the sun-dried tomato paste among the tomato halves and spread around the inside of the skin.
Roast on a baking tray in oven at 200ºC (400ºF) for 15 minutes and leave to cool.
Process the egg yolks with lemon juice and rind until smooth.
Add the olive oil and process until it thickens.
Add tuna and capers to the previous mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Spoon the tuna mayonnaise into the tomato shells, return to the oven for 5 minutes and serve.

Ingredients:
1 large potato, peeled and minced
1 apple, peeled and minced
1 lemon
1/2 celery stalk
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp cream
1 tbsp raisins
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Cook potatoes in water and drain.
Add lemon juice to apple.
Mix all ingredients together and serve.

Ingredients: 
1 1/2 kg potatoes, cooked, peeled and minced
100 g minced bacon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 hard eggs chopped
3 celery stalks chopped
3 apples chopped
1 cottage cheese
3 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp chopped pickles
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Fry the bacon and drain excess oil.
Fry, in the same pan, the onion in the butter, add the bacon, mix well and remove from heat.
Beat until cremate cottage cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, salt and pepper.
Add hard eggs, celery, apple, lemon juice, potatoes, onions and bacon.
Mix well with wooden spoon and serve.

Ingredients:
6 breasts turkey
4 tbsp Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, chopped
Dressing:
115 g cream cheese
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup mayonnaise
4 tbsp cream
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
Preparing:
Marinate turkey with Tabasco sauce, oil and garlic for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Cook the turkey breasts.
Distribute the turkey breasts and bathe with dressing.
Dressing:
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add mayonnaise, cream, vinegar, sugar and nuts.
Cover with plastic and refrigerate until serving.

Ingredients:
25 shrimp jumbo
1 1/2 cup toasted shredded coconut
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 tbsp apricot jelly
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp curry
1/2 tsp salt
3 egg whites
Preparing:
Mix the mayonnaise, jelly and apricot curry.
Cover and cool in the refrigerator until serving.
Combine the coconut in a bowl, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Put egg whites lightly beaten in another bowl.
Pass the shrimp by the egg whites and then the coconut mixture.
Place shrimp in a greased tray with oil.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F), giving them back every 5 minutes.
Serve with the curry sauce.

Ingredients:
1 tortilla package for burritos
3 cups chopped chicken
1/4 cup dry basil
10 cheese slices
2 chili peppers morrones
2 tbps olive oil
5 tsp mayonnaise
Preparation:
Varnish tortillas with the mayonnaise.
Distribute the basil.
Put in center the chicken with the cheese and Chile and close.
Put them into a greased pyrex.
Varnish with oil the burritos.
Bake to 170ºC (350ºF) for 15-20 minutes.
