Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries
1 bunch asparagus, cooked
1 lettuce
4 tbsp pistachio
1 tbsp fennel
Dressing:
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Mix all ingredients of the salad.
Combine the ingredients of the vinaigrette.
Bathe with this the salad.

Ingredients:
2 lettuce
1 can tangerine
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparing:
Cut the lettuce leaves with the hands.
Add tangerines, raisins and walnuts.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, 2 tbsp tangerine juice and salt.
Bathe salad with the dressing.

Ingredients:
80 g goat cheese
A lettuce
2 toasts
Olive oil
Sherry Vinegar
Nuts
Preparing:
Mix lettuce with olive oil and vinegar.
Add nuts.
Place 2 slices of cheese on each toast and serve with the salad.

1/2 kg green beans tenders, chopped and cooked
1 cup sliced radishes
1/2 cup chopped onion
A lettuce chopped into pieces
3 egg whites hard chopped
Dressing:
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1/4 cup apple vinegar or white balsamic
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
3 leaves fresh basil
Salt
Preparing:
Place all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Mix well.
Bathe with the dressing.
Dressing:
Mix all ingredients.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup lentils
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped chili pepper
1 tomato
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 chopped garlic cloves
Olive oil
Lettuce leaves
Preparing:
Cook the lentils with the vinegar, salt and garlic.
Let cool them.
Chopped the tomato in pieces.
Mix all the ingredients and serve on lettuce leaves.

2 cups chopped tomato
2 cups chopped heart palm
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 chopped kiwi
1 chopped lettuce
Dressing:
1/2 cup yogurt
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp fine chopped onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Dressing:
Mix well all the ingredients:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Spill the dressing above.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 k steak divided in 6
6 Jumbo shrimps
2 cups white wine
1 cup olive oil
1 cup pricked mulberry onion
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 lettuce
1 chopped garlic head
1 chopped coriander roll
Preparing:
Fry the onion, garlic, coriander and chopped shrimps.
Add the wine, cook for 1 more minute and reserve.
Take the steaks by the center and sink a little to fill up them with the mix.
Seal them by both sides.
Fill up with the shrimps mix.
Bake at 200ºC (400ºF) for 10 minutes.
Prepare a dressing by mixing the olive oil with the lemon juice.
Sprinkle the steaks with the dressing.
