Ingredients:
4 potatoes cooked with the peel
1 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
250 g ham, cut into squares
1/4 stick melted margarine
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Cut potatoes in half and make a hole in each potato.
Mix the potato with milk, ham, cheese, salt and pepper.
Fill potatoes, brush them with margarine and bake until brown.

Ingredients:
1 kg hemstich, chopped
250 g ham, cut into strips
3 cooked eggs, cut in gores
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Cook the hemstitches in boiling water, drain and reserve.
Fry onions, ham and hemstitch in vegetable oil at low heat for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with eggs.

Ingredients:
800 g canned chopped tomatoes
350 g dried cannelloni tubes
115 g cooked ham, diced
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
2 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp shredded fresh basil
1 tbsp tomato paste
Sal and pepper
Preparing:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Fry the onions and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add basil, chopped tomatoes and their can juices, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook cannelloni in salted water.
Mix the ricotta, ham, egg, salt and pepper.
Fill the cannelloni tubes with the ricotta mixture and place in a single layer in a heatproof dish with butter.
Pour the tomato sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle with grated romano cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes and serve.

Ingredients:
500 grams noodles
150 grams ham
60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
50 g butter
2 tied fresh asparagus
1 1/2 cup cream
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Cook noodles in plenty of water with salt.
Cut the tough part of asparagus.
Cook them in salted water for 8 minutes, drain them and cut them into pieces.
Fry the ham in butter, add asparagus and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the parsley, basil, cream, salt and pepper.
Allow to boil over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the noodles and serve.

Bread of your preference
Ham
Corn beef
Cheese
Pickles
Mustard
Butter
Preparing:
Open the bread by half.
Place the mustard, cheese, ham, corn beff, pickles and close.
Varnish with butter.
Place into a waffles maker until gilding.
