Ingredients:
1 l Ginger Ale
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup tangerine juice
4 slices pineapple, cut into quarters
3 tangerines
2 peaches, split into gores
Preparing:
Stir pineapple juice with tangerine juice and Ginger Ale.
Add ice, pineapple chunks, and tangerine and peach wedges and serve.

Ingredients:
8 oz peach juice
1/2 oz grenadine
1/2 apple
1/2 peach
1/2 passionfruit
5 blackberries
3 strawberries
Preparing:
Mix in a shaker heavily all ingredients.
Strain and serve well in ice.

Ingredients:
1 espresso
1/2 oz chocolate topping
Foam milk
Whipped Cream
Ground nuts
Preparing:
Place in the bottom of a cup the chocolate topping.
Add foam coffee and espresso.
Decorate with whipped cream and ground nuts.

Ingredients:
1 oz mint syrup
1 oz caramel syrup
1/3 cup espresso coffee
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup foam
Preparing:
Pour the mint and caramel syrup into a cup.
Add coffee, milk and foam and serve.

1 oz Sambuca (anise liqueur)
Preparation:
Stir the espresso with Sambuca.
Serve in a glass.

Blackberry pulp
1 cup water
2 tsp sugar
Ice
Preparing:
Mix blackberry pulp with water and sugar.
Add ice and serve.

Ingredients:
2 liters coffee
1/2 cup chocolate powder
1 cup cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 cinnamon slit, in halves
Preparing:
Cook coffee along with chocolate and cinnamon for 2 hours, with a lid.
Beat the cream with the sugar until soft peaks forms.
Serve coffee with whipped cream.

Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 cups cranberry juice
1 cup of cold mineral water
2 bags of green tea
2 ginseng tea bags
1 bag of mint tea
Preparation:
Boil water and add the tea.
Cover and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and allow to cool.
Mix with mineral water and cranberry juice and serve.

Ingredients:
1 liter of milk
2 cups cream
2 cups dark rum
1 cup brandy
1 cup icing sugar
11 eggs separated
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp nutmeg
Preparing:
Combine milk, vanilla and 1/2 cup icing sugar.
Allow to boil and reserve.
Beat the egg yolks with nutmeg and slowly add hot milk.
Cook the mixture to low heat, stirring with wooden spoon.
Sift the mixture, cover with plastic and refrigerate all night.
Beat the egg whites until peaks form.
Add 1/4 cup icing sugar.
Whip the cream in another bowl cold, until you get whipped cream, and add the rest icing sugar.
Combine the cold milk with rum and brandy.
Add the whipped cream in surounding form then the egg whites and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Ingredients:
1 liter cranberry juice
1/2 liter mineral water
1 cup brandy
1 bottle champagne
Lemon gores
Syrup to taste (sugar dissolved in water to the fire)
Preparing:
Mix in a cocktail mixer the cranberry juice, brandy and lemon gores.
Add the syrup to taste.
Before serving add the mineral water and champagne.
