Ingredients:
1 l beef broth
1 1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 chopped onion
1/2 butter stick
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Fry onion in the butter.
Add rice, nutmeg, cumin, sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour the beef broth, cover and cook until the liquid is consumed entirely.

Ingredients:
12 fresh sardines, cleaned and scaled
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Mix the garlic and parsley together.
Spoon the herb mixture into the fish cavities and all over.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, cover with plastic wrap and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the grill.
Mix the flour, ground cumin, salt and pepper.
Roll the sardines in the flor to coat.
Brush them with olive oil and cook for 4 minutes on each side.

Ingredients:
3 cups cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup grated ripe mango
1/2 cup water
1 chopped onion
1 tomato, chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp curry
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
Preparing:
Fry the onion in oil.
Add garlic, ginger and tomato and cook for 1 minute.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 more minutes.

Ingredients:
6 bananas, cooked and diced
4 lemons,their juice
1 cup mineral water
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 chopped onion
1 tomato chopped
1 roll chopped cilantro
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground cilantro
1 tsp chili chipotle
1 tsp salt
Preparing:
Marinate all ingredients together for 1 hour.
Refrigerate all night long and serve.

Ingredients:
1 loin of pork for 1 1 / 2 k
3 onions chopped
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup cream
1/4 cup mustard
6 garlic cloves, chopped
3 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp ground rosemary
Preparing:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Cook pork in the butter and oil on both sides, remove from pan and reserve.
Cook onions in the same pan.
Add the white wine and let boil.
Incorporate the chicken broth, garlic, rosemary, cumin and let boil.
Mix flour, cream and mustard, apart.
Add to the pan, stir and let simmer.
Place the pork loin in a baking tray and bathe with the sauce.
Bake for 2 hours, lined paper aluminum.
Remove from the oven and let the meat stand for 1 hour before serving.

Ingredients:
600 ml chicken broth
175 g rice
6 tomatoes
2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp curry paste
1 tsp ground cilantro
1 tsp ground cumin
1 onion chopped large
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Cut 4 tomatoes in half, remove the heart and reserve.
Cut the remaining tomatoes into large pieces, mix with the chopped cilantro and reserve.
Fry for 3 minutes onion in oil and add the tomato halves, curry paste, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper.
Add rice, fry for 3 minutes and add chicken broth.
Cook over low heat until rice is ready.
Remove from heat and mix with chopped tomatoes.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups quinoa
1 cup chopped golden raisins
1 cup onion slices
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsps grated orange zest
1 tsp cumin
1 cucumber into cubes
Preparing:
Toast quinoa in a pan until smels to nuts.
Boil chicken broth and add the quinoa.
Lower the fire, cover and let simmer for 25 minutes.
Remove from the fire, stir and allow to cool.
Combine quinoa, raisins, orange zest, onion, vinegar, cumin, cucumber and orange juice and serve.

Ingredients:
4 corn cobs
2 sweet potatoes, scrubbed but not peeled
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Preparing:
Preheat the grill.
Mix all the spices together.
Remove the husks and silks from the corn cobs, then cut each one into 4 equal chunks.
Cut sweet potatoes into thick slices.
Brush the corn and sweet potatoes with melted butter and sprinkle with some spice mix.
Cook over medium-hot coals, turning frencuently for 15minutes.
Brush with more melted butter and srpinkle with extra spice mixture during cooking.

Ingredients:
15.8 ounces (2 cans) black-eyed peas, drained
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup tahini (sesame-seed paste)
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1 tsp groun cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
Preparing:
Process all the ingredients until smooth.
Serve with chips or pitas.
