Ingredients:
12 chicken wings
6 tbsps lemon juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 tsp sunflower oil
3 corns, cut into slices
1 piece of ginger, grated
Preparing:
Mix ginger with lemon juice, brown sugar and oil.
Marinate the wings and corn with the previous mixture.
Place wings and corn on skewers and roast for 20 minutes.
Bathe with the ginger mixture and turn them frequently.

Ingredients:
2 cooked chicken breasts and crushed
2 cups rice
1 cup red wine
4 strips of bacon, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 butter stick
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Fry bacon and chicken in butter, remove and reserve.
Cook in the same pan, the vegetables with red wine.
Add rice and 1 cup of water when the wine has evaporated.
Add 1 more cup water and when consumed add another cup and cook over low heat until the rice is well cooked.
Add the chicken, bacon and tomato sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.

Ingredients:
3 cups water
2 cups rice
1 cup almonds, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup white wine
2 chicken broth envelopes
2 tbsps curry
4 tsp margarine
Preparing:
Fry the almonds in margarine until brown and set aside.
Fry in the same pan, the onion with the rice, curry and chicken broth for 15 minutes.
Add water and wine and cook over medium heat until all the water evaporates.
Add almonds and serve.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 l chicken broth
1 chicken, in pieces
1 cup milk
1 cup cooked peas
1/2 cup cream
2 boiled eggs (separate yolks and egg whites)
1/2 bar butter
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Liquefy yolks with milk, cream and 1/2 l chicken broth.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Fry chicken in the butter and add the remaining broth, peas and chopped egg whites.
Season with salt and pepper and cook until it boils.
Pour the liquefied mixture and cook for 20 more minutes over medium heat and serve.

Ingredients:
1 cup cream
1 chicken breast, diced
3 slices of pineapple, diced
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Mix the cream with the curry.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Add the chicken and pineapple to cream and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Insert chicken and pineapple cubes on wood sticks.
Roast in a greased pan or grill and serve.

Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts, half
4 pumpkins sliced
6 sliced tomatoes
300 g shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped basil
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Combine pumpkin with tomatoes and olive oil.
Distribute the mixture into 6 foil pieces.
Make cuts in the chicken breasts with a knife.
Fill with mozzarella cheese and basil.
Put on the pumpkin mixture and wrap well.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC (360ºF).

Ingredients:
12 oz chicken into pieces
6 oz fettuccine
1 oz dried shiitake mushrooms
1 cup chinese peas
12 mini carrots, peeled
4 leeks, into strips
2 garlic cloves, mashed
2 tbsp dry sherry
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger fine
1 tbsp of cornstarch
Preparing:
Place the mushrooms with 1 cup hot water and let stand for 15 minutes.
Drain, sliced and remove the stems.
Add the cornstarch in the mushrooms liquid reserved.
Cook pasta according to directions, drain and keep warm.
Mix chicken, sherry, soy sauce, ginger and garlic and let marinate for 5 minutes.
Fry peas and carrots in a wok with oil for 3 minutes.
Add leeks, cook for 1 minute and remove vegetables from wok.
Add the chicken mixture and fry for 4 minutes.
Add in the center of the wok cornstarch and cook for 3 minutes.
Incorporate vegetables, mushrooms and pasta.
Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Ingredients:
400 g of chicken fajitas
200 g of soybeans
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Vegetable oil
Preparing:
Mix the soy sauce with sugar until sugar has dissolved.
Marinate chicken in the sauce for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Fry the chicken in oil, including the sauce, until change color.
Add soybeans and chicken broth.
Lower heat and cook for 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
12 chicken thighs
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 package mini vegetables
1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Marinate chicken thighs with barbecue sauce, salt and pepper.
Cook until brown thighs.
Apart, brown garlic with butter.
Add minivegetables, salt and water.
Cook for 8 minutes.
Serve the chicken thighs with vegetables.

Ingredients:
12 chicken thighs
175 g butter
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp mango chutney
2 tbsp lime juice
4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp grated ginger
Preparing:
Beat butter with garlic, ginger, turmeric, pepper, chutney and lime juice until well blended.
Roast chicken thighs for 15 minutes.
Bathe thighs with butter and roast for 5 more minutes.
