Ingredients:
2 cooked chicken breasts and crushed
2 cups rice
1 cup red wine
4 strips of bacon, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 butter stick
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Fry bacon and chicken in butter, remove and reserve.
Cook in the same pan, the vegetables with red wine.
Add rice and 1 cup of water when the wine has evaporated.
Add 1 more cup water and when consumed add another cup and cook over low heat until the rice is well cooked.
Add the chicken, bacon and tomato sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.

Ingredients:
225 g lean bacon, rinded and chopped
1 1/2 cup fresh white bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg white
1 tbsp chopped fresh marjoram
Grated rind of 1 lemon
Paprika, to dust
Preparing:
Preheat the grill.
Process the bacon with onion, bread crumbs, marjoram, lemon rind and egg white.
Season to taste with pepper and process briefly.
Divide the bacon mixture into 8 equal portions and form a fat sausage.
Dust with paprika and cook for 10 minutes over hot coals, turning frecuently.

Ingredients:
400 g lentils
50 g pasta
1, 25 litres vegetable broth
4 bacon strips, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp fresh mint chopped
Preparing:
Fry the bacon without oil, along with onions, garlic and celery for 5 minutes.
Add pasta to skillet and fry them for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add lentils and broth and bring to the boil.
Lower heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Aside from heat and add the mint.

Ingredients: 
1 1/2 kg potatoes, cooked, peeled and minced
100 g minced bacon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 hard eggs chopped
3 celery stalks chopped
3 apples chopped
1 cottage cheese
3 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp chopped pickles
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Fry the bacon and drain excess oil.
Fry, in the same pan, the onion in the butter, add the bacon, mix well and remove from heat.
Beat until cremate cottage cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, salt and pepper.
Add hard eggs, celery, apple, lemon juice, potatoes, onions and bacon.
Mix well with wooden spoon and serve.

Ingredients:
4 turkey brest steaks
8 fresh tarragon springs, plus extra to garnish
4 slices back bacon
4 tsp wholegrain mustard
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Preheat the grill.
Season the turkey with salt and pepper.
Spread the mustard evenly over the turkey using a round-blanded knife.
Place 2 tarragon springs on top of each turkey breast.
Wrap a bacon slice around to hold the herbs in place.
Secure with a wooden toothpick.
Cook the turkey over the medium-hot coals for 8 minutes on each side.
Tranfer to serving plates and garnish with tarragon springs.
