Ingredients:
400 g of chicken fajitas
200 g of soybeans
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Vegetable oil
Preparing:
Mix the soy sauce with sugar until sugar has dissolved.
Marinate chicken in the sauce for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Fry the chicken in oil, including the sauce, until change color.
Add soybeans and chicken broth.
Lower heat and cook for 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
225 g prosciutto di Parma, sliced thinly
115 g arugula
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Season the lemon juice with salt and pepper.
Beat in the olive oil.
Pour the dressing over the arugula leaves and toss lightly so they are evenly coated.
Drap the prosciutto in folds in individual serving plates, and then add the arugula.

Ingredients:
800 g white beans
185 g tuna
2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 garlic clove minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
Preparing:
Mix the beans with onion, parsley, tuna and tomato.
Mix well olive oil with the lemon juice, honey and garlic.
Bathe salad with dressing.

Ingredients:
400 g lentils
50 g pasta
1, 25 litres vegetable broth
4 bacon strips, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp fresh mint chopped
Preparing:
Fry the bacon without oil, along with onions, garlic and celery for 5 minutes.
Add pasta to skillet and fry them for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add lentils and broth and bring to the boil.
Lower heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Aside from heat and add the mint.

Blackberry pulp
1 cup water
2 tsp sugar

Preparing:
Mix blackberry pulp with water and sugar.
Add ice and serve.

1 cup strawberries
1 bunch asparagus, cooked
1 lettuce
4 tbsp pistachio
1 tbsp fennel
Dressing:
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Mix all ingredients of the salad.
Combine the ingredients of the vinaigrette.
Bathe with this the salad.

Ingredients:
2 liters coffee
1/2 cup chocolate powder
1 cup cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 cinnamon slit, in halves
Preparing:
Cook coffee along with chocolate and cinnamon for 2 hours, with a lid.
Beat the cream with the sugar until soft peaks forms.
Serve coffee with whipped cream.

700 g pork tenderloin, cut into dice
1 cup broth
4 oranges, their juice
1 chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, chopped
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sage, minced
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Fry meat in the olive oil until brown and remove from skillet.
Add the onion and garlic, orange juice and sage.
Incorporate the meat again and cook over a low heat.

Ingredients:
150 g pork loin, cut into medallions 3
30 g gorgonzola cheese, in pieces
30 g cream
1 1/2 ounces demi glace sauce
1 ounce white wine
1/2 ounce vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp chopped onion
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Season the pork medallions with salt and pepper.
Fry in the oil until they get a pink color, not brown, and remove from skillet.
Incorporate the onion to the skillet, the white wine, gorgonzola cheese, cream, demi glace sauce, salt and pepper until thicken.
Serve the pork medallions with the sauce.

1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp butter

Preparing:
Mash still hot potatoes with a fork.
Add butter, milk, salt and pepper.
